Official Booklet Submittal Requirements
Please provide layouts in the following formats and size:
1. For Full Page: 10 inches high by 7.5 inches wide (11 x 8.5 inches for trim formats )
2. For Half Page Vertical 10 inches high by 3.5 inches wide
3. For Half Page Horizontal 4.75 inches high by 7.5 inches wide
4. For Quarter Page 4.75 inches high by 3.5 inches high
Artwork formats ::
Images may be sent in photographic form for scanning and printing. Photographs will not be returned.
Images may be sent in digital form as TIFF, JPEG, GIF formats in at least 600 dpi resolution. A printed version must accompany the digital file. Images must be sent as the Same Size files in the size to be printed at. Advertisers are responsible for the correctness of their adverts including spelling, wording and corporate information.
